Born into an immensely creative family, my early years were spent creating with my sisters. We spent much of our time experimenting with make-up, hair, drawing and painting. My passion for photography began in High School. I was fascinated with film and printing, and began to spend a lot of my free time in the school’s dark room. I was hooked.

I studied Applied Photography at Sheridan College and graduated with high honours in 2009. After graduating, I went on to work for a Toronto event photography studio. This afforded me the opportunity to capture life’s most beautiful moments. My experience as a full-time photographer allowed me to discover and appreciate the limitless paths I can travel in this extraordinary form of art. Not only had I gained experience in the act of shooting alone, but I discovered and became passionate with the magic that follows. In October 2012, I began a new journey in post-production working as part of St. Joseph Communications’ media and content retouching team for brands such as Hello! Canada magazine, Today’s Parent and Chatelaine magazine.

I love photography, I love being creative and I love working with people. Documenting lives, experiences and milestones is such a joy and privilege to me.

I'm a wife to Aaron, who happens to be quite a talented artiste and who inspires and motivates me every day. Together we have two incredible young daughters, who share our love of anything and everything creative. We also have a 12 year old pug, Dragon, (you can check him out on Instagram at @dragonthepug - yes it's his own account) that I’m mildly obsessed with.

I enjoy a good run and at the end of a long day. I find plopping myself on the couch and watching mindless TV to be quite therapeutic. I'm the youngest of 8 children, I have 13 nieces and nephews and amazing parents that enjoy the Arizona sun in the winter. All-in-all, I'm one lucky gal!
